Here are some of the things God let Will Henderson help Him accomplish while he was an Elder, in a Christian church that he attended, in Columbus, Indiana.

His advertising courses that he took at Indiana University, plus the teaching Sales/Advertising has helped him immensely.

     1) Set up recording and showing of Sunday morning services, on Sunday evenings, on local T. V., Ch 19.   This was set up free for our church with the TV station.

     2) Professionally done 30 second Spot ads. Put on local Cable T. V. stations , 11 times each week, including CNN, Fox News, etc, advertising a Christian message, and advertisement for our church.

     3) Contacted local T. V. station, to allow our 30 second spot ads to be placed on the Multiple List Real Estate page, on local T. V., for $.50 per 30 second spot ad. This finds new people, looking at the "homes for sale" ads that are moving into Columbus, and tells them about our church.

     4) Set up with local movie theater to be first on the list when they go digital, to put our spot ads on the theater movie screen.

     5) Had Brochures and Billfold Business Cards printed up and placed at the welcome center, for members to hand out to their neighbors and friends, to encourage church membership.

     6) Set up 5 x 8 post card mailers to 10,000 homes in Columbus, for Friends day and Easter, advertising our church. Results were several new people attending, and two baptisms.

     7) Secured Staff Evaluation forms, and set up.

     8) Secured Staff Job descriptions forms, and set up.

     9) Locked in a low fixed interest rate for our church building and school mortgage payments.

     10) Went to two services. Kept our traditional service in place, and added a contemporary service.

     11) Oversaw the purchase of new chairs for the fellowship hall.

     12) Oversaw a lunch cruise for the complete church on the Ohio River.

     13) Rented a Bus and oversaw an Indianapolis Zoo trip, for the complete church.

     14) Oversaw bringing in some of the Concerts for the church.

     15) Checked out our insurance plan for the church. Stopped the Mexico trip, as learned we did not have liability insurance for the kids going there. Changed destinations.

     16) Instrumental in having Birthday cards being sent to church members, and teachers in the school.

     17) Contacted community retailers for free candy, cokes and other items for the Fall Harvest, to replace Halloween.
